Regarding IVY ZONING Public Hearing Recommendation for Parcel #5215455 Zone Change from R-1 to R-6.

A flyer has been put in each mailbox in Pembroke Neighborhood explaining what we know so far regarding the Ivy Zone Change Proposal.

There are 2 meetings being scheduled to discuss this (please plan on attending BOTH meetings if you can):

1) Tuesday, October 28th at 6:00pm at NDSI/Wood's Edge - 7870 Market Avenue North. This meeting is being hosted by residents from surrounding Ivy/Elmhurst areas (including Pembroke). Pembroke Board Members will be attending and speaking at this meeting.

2) Wednesday, November 12th at 6:00pm at Plain Township Fire Department Station #1, 1742 Schneider St. NE. (Please note this is a change of address.) This is a public hearing by the Plain Township Board of Zoning Commission. Pembroke Board Members will be attending and speaking at this meeting also.
